Rooftop Garden Recognition Wall Guidelines

Please review following the recognition guidelines for information about how your gift will be recognized.

• Listings are limited to a maximum of 40 characters, including spaces, periods, apostrophes, hyphens, and commas. Please use only Latin alphabet characters.
• Periods will be used after middle initials and suffixes and count as one character. Apostrophes, hyphens, and commas will be used only if they are part of the last name or precede a suffix. Ampersands (&) will not be used in place of the word and.
• For family names, we recommend including both a first and last name (examples below).
• Multiple listings may be combined to create one longer listing.
• Only names of individuals will be accepted. Company or organization names will not be accepted.
• Space on the recognition wall is limited. Names will be included on the wall based on the date that gifts are received, until the wall has been filled.
• All listings are subject to review and approval by SFMOMA.
• Recognition on the Rooftop Garden recognition wall is expected to last the lifetime of the Rooftop Garden as it is currently designed and located. The creation of the recognition wall does not preclude SFMOMA from offering further naming and recognition opportunities associated with the garden at any time in the future.
